Divine Evolution Pattern Library Personal-Use License

The Divine Evolution Pattern Library, including all written material, pattern descriptions, classifications, maps, diagrams, frameworks, terminology, graphics, exercises, downloadable materials, recordings, and related content, is owned by Billi Jo Rinehart (also known as Billi J Johnson-Rinehart) and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws.

1. Limited personal-use license

Subject to these terms, the copyright owner grants each registered user a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Pattern Library solely for the user’s own personal self-awareness, reflection, and education.

Access is provided free of charge. Free access does not transfer ownership or place the material in the public domain.

2. Permitted use

A user may:

• Read and view the Pattern Library for personal self-awareness.
• Save personal notes concerning their own experience.
• Print a reasonable number of pages solely for their own private use.
• Share a link directing another person to the official Pattern Library.

3. Prohibited use

Without prior written permission from the copyright owner, a user may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, sell, license, or publicly display Pattern Library content.
• Create derivative manuals, courses, programs, worksheets, frameworks, assessments, books, articles, websites, or training materials from the content.
• Use the Pattern Library to provide coaching, counseling, psychotherapy, consulting, assessment, diagnosis, practitioner services, or professional training.
• Represent themselves as certified, trained, approved, endorsed, or authorized by Divine Evolution.
• Use Divine Evolution pattern names, classifications, maps, or framework structures as their own professional system.
• Scrape, systematically download, archive, mine, or compile the Library.
• Upload substantial portions of the Library into generative artificial-intelligence systems, machine-learning systems, shared databases, or third-party content repositories.
• Use the Library for institutional, academic, commercial, clinical, or research purposes without a separate written agreement.
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.

Nothing in these terms is intended to prohibit a use that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

4. No professional or clinical relationship

The Pattern Library is an educational and self-awareness resource. It does not provide psychological diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, mental-health treatment, or individualized professional advice.

Use of the Pattern Library does not create a therapist-client, psychologist-client, coach-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with the copyright owner or Divine Evolution.

5. Intellectual-property ownership

All ownership rights in the Pattern Library and the Divine Evolution framework remain exclusively with Billi Jo Rinehart, also known as Billi J Johnson-Rinehart. All rights reserved.

No access, registration, contribution, feedback, correspondence, or use of the Library gives a user any ownership, authorship, trademark, licensing, management, or commercialization right.

6. Suspension and termination

This license automatically terminates if a user violates these terms. Divine Evolution may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, intellectual property, privacy, or the integrity of the Library.

Upon termination, the user must stop using and delete any unauthorized copies of the material.

7. Permission requests

Professional, academic, research, practitioner, organizational, training, republication, and commercial uses require a separate written license issued by the copyright owner.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
