28-Week Guided Program

You are enrolling in the full 28-week Chromatic Coherence Journey, which includes both Phase 1 and Phase 2 as a single structured progression.

Program Structure Overview

The journey is delivered in two sequential phases:

Phase 1 — Stabilization & Nervous System Literacy (10 Weeks)

Phase 1 establishes baseline regulation and internal coherence.

You will learn how to:

  • Recognize nervous system state shifts
  • Differentiate activation from dissociation
  • Restore baseline reliably
  • Interrupt looping in real time
  • Build a stable internal reference point
This phase builds the foundation required for deeper pattern work.
No pattern integration occurs during Phase 1.
Only stabilization.

Phase 2 — Adaptive Pattern Integration (18 Weeks)

Phase 2 begins once baseline regulation is consistent.

This phase introduces:

  • Adaptive Meta Patterns (AMPs)
  • Adaptive Mega Patterns (AMePs)
  • Pattern Integration Commands (PICs)
  • Overlay education (boundary, freeze, agency dynamics)
  • Fragment integration
  • Safety and truth statements
  • Aligned action mapping for real-world integration
Participants learn how to communicate directly with the nervous system to complete unfinished survival responses and reduce chronic pattern looping.

Phase 2 builds on the regulation capacity established in Phase 1.

What Happens After You Enroll

Once enrollment is complete:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • That email will include a link to the membership access page.
  • You will need to create your account for access.
  • Program materials will become available on April 1st.
Approximately one week before classes begin, you will receive:

  • A detailed class schedule
  • Access instructions
  • Orientation guidance
  • Any preparatory information needed before starting
All access is delivered through the membership platform.

Program Access

Access to materials begins April 1st.

Participants must:

  1. Create their membership account (link provided in confirmation email)
  2. Log in on or after April 1st
  3. Begin with the designated starting module
Materials are structured and sequenced.

  • Enrollment is limited.
  • Pacing and language may evolve during the journey.
  • Participant feedback will inform future iterations.
This structure is intentional and allows the program to refine while maintaining safety and clarity.
